I have uploaded installation files (quickstart) on my server and when I visit 'mywebsite/installation/index.php' to start the installation I get a blank page. Can you help please?

Seems to be a PHP issue.
But please follow this instructions

Where do I find the quickstart.jpa file? I only have quickstart.zip.

Just do the same. ZIP File and JPA files or the same.
