I created a simple onepage navigation with "url" in the menu, "smooth scroll" is activated and "#" is set.

Sometimes this works (after 5-10 seconds), most of the time it doesn't. Sometimes after switching tabs (current Chrome browser) and going back into the tab, it snaps to the anchor clicked minutes ago. After clicking the "top button" sometimes the whole page freezes for several seconds.

Chrome developer tools shows no errors

The site has been updated by J!3 (jp-hotel) and the following are also installed:
JCE
SP Page Builder
baGallery
Akeeba Admin Tools & Backup

please reduce the scroll animation time in Theme settings > Basic

And please remove this silly "right click" protection and pagebuilder.
That maybe the problem

OK thanks. Will there be more problems between Astroid and Pagebuilder? After the end of your old templates I still have to upgrade some pages to Astroid and wanted to use pagbuilder very often...

pagebuilder is a framework and Astroid too.
Same like Warp7 and Yootheme pro or Rokethemes framework and they are not compatible with each other
..
Be careful, each framework should be installed only onced in Joomla
