Only your provider/hoster can help you.
These errors are clearly server-side.
Server configuration issues are not supported here. Perhaps the Joomla forum can give you some advice.
I hope the host finds the error soon, but I haven't experienced anything like this before.
Maybe you should look for a provider who knows what they're doing and really understands what they're doing.
