[SOLVED] scroll over backgroundpicture

i am working with JP template TIME
when you scroll you see the picture south-africa scrolling up and below it i have a background picture. On imac and desktop it is working correct. But on a smartphone and tablet it is not working. On the tablet i see a bit of the foto and it is fixed.

The smae issue i have when i look at the demo template from joomlaplates . There we hve the same issue.
Is it possible that this type of scroll is working correct and that the background picture is being showed responsive?

Hello, In the narrow view > mobile phones, the background image also needs to extend downwards, therefore it cannot be 100% wide. Otherwise, at 100% width, the image wouldn't scale downwards. It's hard to explain, but there's simply no other way.
