[SOLVED] Updating Advocat Template fails

Hi there, trying to update and see this error: Joomla\Filesystem\File::copy([TMP]/install_6973928bbfff9/index.php, [ROOT]/templates/tp_advocat/index.php): Copy failed
This seems to be particular to this site as I've successfully updated another site with same template last week. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you want to update? Please provide us with all the necessary information: Joomla version, astroid, and template. This concerns the Joomla file system, not the JP template. Your description isn't very helpful.

When exactly does the error occur?
Are the /tmp and /logs directories writable?
