Payment done but still no template available

Hi, I just purchased the Template HELLO and payed with Paypal.
I do not get any "Template Download" links after logging in and under "Your Account"
Under "My Subscription" it says,... "Free membrship"
Paypal sent me a "Receipt for Your Payment to JoomlaPlates" so the payment should be ok.

we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default. Please look to your spamfolder.
Otherwise give us an alternate email address, where we can send the template again.

If you have purchased a single theme template you dont need to login into our site.

The e-mail did not arrive. Please send again to the other e-mail setup in my account.

We have sent the theme again to your registered mail address.
