[SOLVED] Template Gym

Hallo,
ich nutze das Template Gym unter folgender Domain neu.ochtendung.catering/index.php
Folgende zwei Fragen dazu:

1) Wo kann ich die Background Bilder "bg" ändern?
2) Ich versuche ein anderes mp4 Video hochzuladen, aber leider heißt es immer "Format wird nicht unterstützt". Welche Formate kann ich verwenden?
