How to edit the Home menu button was created by Serhan

Hi,
how can i edit the subtitle on the main menu "Home"?

icon possible <--- How can ich edit this?

I use the Template Ultimate.

Hi there,
please read the instruction too.
The icons can be changed at Template Options > Menu > See image
