I have the same problem. How can I configure the fading-effect for my logo? The Logo-module exists already.
The fading effects for the other modules are working properly.

Next time please open a new thread.
here is the instruction to enable the animation for your logo.
You have to add this syntax to your img tag:

data-uk-scrollspy="{cls:'uk-animation-slide-top', repeat: false}"

After that it should looks like that:

<img src="images/joomlaplates/logo.png" alt="Demo" data-uk-scrollspy="{cls:'uk-animation-slide-top', repeat: false}" />
