Hello, my name is Welber and bought the joomla template "Scene". I paid with PayPal service. I checked into my PayPal account and the payment was approved.

It took 24 hours and did not get the template in my email. I checked in my spam box.

How do I get the template Joomla 3.3 "Scene" ????

we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default.

payer_email = welber.costa@uol.com.br

I think you have insert a wrong email address | uol.com.br <> aol.com.br

No my friend, my email is UOL.

If the template has 25 MB or more is possible that this is the reason it did not receive.

My email service does not allow attachments larger than 25MB.

If so, ask him to send a link for me to download the template.

The mail has max 10kb.
Please give us an alternate mail address where we can send the template. Otherwise we can chat or PM via facebook too.
