Wie ich sehen konnte haben sie ja bereits ein Bild eingebunden.
Aber ihr Pfad zum Bild stimmt leider nicht.
Bitte benutzen sie diesen Code für ihre custom.css

body {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("../../../images/bg.jpg") no-repeat fixed center center / cover ;
}
