Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Kontaktformular.

Ich habe im Backend einen Kontakt erstellt und auch die E-Mail eingefügt, aber wenn ich das Kontaktformular teste, bekomme ich keine E-Mail und Kopie der E-Mail wenn ich es ankreuze. Aber es steht "Danke für ihre Nachricht" da. Woran kann das liegen?

Hallo Gloria,
ich denke es ist kein Template spezifisches Problem wenn der Mailversand nicht funktioniert.
Bitte die Server bzw. Joomla Logfiles auswerten!

Für Joomla/Server Probleme gibt es das deutsche Joomla Forum, in dem wir ebenfalls aktiv sind.
