I want to load the Article directly in front and not the top of homepage to scroll down to se it. when i click on Read more link ( demo ). How can i change that ?

2.) Create a menu item for your article link which you wan tto show on the top

Sorry, I think its your job and its a Joomla question and have nothing todo with a template.
You have to learn how Joomla works., otherwise you will never know how it works.
