I need help please!

I have had to redesign this site from scratch as it was infested with malware hacks.

I have everything working fine except the image sizes.

If you click on any of the images on the Home Page, it takes you to their respective K2 Item.

The image is HUGE. As you will see from the attachment, I have the sizes set correctly.

I set the sizes PRIOR to uploading the images. I have cleared my browser history and cleared the cache in the Admin area.

However, I cannot get the images to be set the way I need them to be.

I need these images resized or can I link the image on the Home Page to an Article for easier editing?

Hi Todd,
there is no option in K2 to resize your images after you have upload all images.
Please set the image size before you upload an image into K2.

Hi Todd,
you have 2 options to setup the image sizes in K2:
1.) General K2 Settings > Images
2.) K2 > Category > Image Settings ( see image attached)

Please look at the attached images. I have done this. And, I did it prior to upload images?

I don't know why this is being so difficult, but I cannot figure it out. I love everything about the site - but this!

prior uploaded images have no effect by current K2 image size setup.

Maybe a trick:
1.) Goto the Joomla K2 folder ( media\k2\items\cache) and download all images to your PC
2.) Resize the images manually > www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm
3.) Upload the images again to the folder > media\k2\items\cache
