based on the instruction trying to install the template on Joomla 3.6.2
here is what I did:

1. install a fresh copy of joomla 3.6.2
2 tested the site works
3. upload the quickstart.zip from /Joomla3.x/Quickstart to the joomla root dir
4. unzip the package.
5. open website, what I see is "congratulations, joomla is now installed", I am expecting to see joomla installation screen, not finish screen.

so is there anything I am missing here ?
