Modules Separation

Hello
I ve created new modules position in com content just under breadcrumps in theme.php but when i publish modules they seems to be in the same panel. I need them in two distint panels indeed separated by a void space ( the background in this case as shown in the picture ) as behind evry module in side the barre position
