Hi Folks,
I am pretty new on Joomla 3.xxxx and I do have a small problem.
When I generate a Menuitem and link an article to it, the article will not show up on any position.

May be I do not understand how to show an article, but on 2.5 joomla, you had only to point to an article and it showed up on the article position.

What really had changed.

I hope for some help.

1.) Create an article
2.) And now you can create a menu item and link to an article

And please make sure that the article output > system output is not disabled. ( see image attached)
Joomla Template options > Layouts > System Output
