no error occurs, but you open the site's home page

I tried to install the theme Life and the same thing happens

Hi there,
sorry dont know what do you mean with "When I click on "customizer" opens the web page directly"
1.) Please check the customizer with another Browser
2.) If you are on local system, please check your virus/firewall tool for any restrictions
