Is it possible to replace the color of the background with an image?

Also, if it is possible, what is the dimensions needed for the image?

Body background, header background, section background??

In the top section background. As in the image I shared above. Where the gray color #4c4c4c is located.

That isn't my question. I would like to place an image where the background color is. Not change the color.
