Video is not displayed

Hello, I have the following problem.
On my side are no video files mp4 or ogg displayed, have tried different videos. The path is correct, because background images are displayed.

Also I get the following error message in the Customizer

Error

Unable to retrieve /joomla_4/templates/jp-fenya/less/customizer.json (Not Found)

File is available.

Who can help me or has a tip for these problems, thank you.

I found the error, the MIME type was not set.
