jp_surfing lässt sich nicht als Quickstart install was created by Barzan

guten Abend,
Seite zwei Tag versuche ich sowohl jp_classic als auch jp_surfing als Quickstart auf einen 1und1-Server installiert. Gleich nachdem die Daten zur HauptKonfiguration eingegeben und danach dem Klcik auf weiter zum Step2 „database“ scheitert. D.h. es geht nicht weiter und beibt bei der selben Seite 1 ohne irgend einer Fehlermeldung zu Zeigen.
ich hoffe man kann mir weiterhelfen.

Hallo,
dass kann ganz viele Ursachen haben und ohne die Logfiles des Servers kann man nur raten was es ist.
Bitte mal folgendes ausfüllen, ich schaue mir das mal an:

Hallo, ihre Mail habe ich erhalten.
Leider fehlt mir der Zugang zu ihrem Provider oder einen Zugang zu den FIles via FTP.
