Ich habe den Support bewertet, der ja ohne Frage genial ist.

Ich werde morgen Ihren Vorschlag zur Neuinatallation angehen, gehen die bisherigen Daten dann verloren?

Hallo, vielen Dank.
Sofern sie lediglich das roksprocket Modul neu installieren, gehen keine Daten verloren.
Wenn sie Joomla neu installieren, dann sind die Daten weg.

Ich habe das Roksprocket Modul nochmals installiert und nun ist wieder alles in Ordnung.
