Left side menu is not now working the sticky menu, please assist me how to turn on this function.

goto template options > details > Navigation


But the sticky functions is not available in tablet and mobile devices.

It's the same as the first. I unchecked the option, it's still remains like that. If I click the menu, the submenus just expanded. Could you check this for me in my website? usaengravers.com . Thank you.

the mobile menu only vaiable if a "logo-small" Position is published too.
Please setup a mobile logo:

Warp 7 Templates provides the logo-small position, where you can display an alternative logo image for smaller viewport sizes.
