I don't understand.

I need to add some elements in the navbar and i need to create a second row in the navbar.
With the CSS it's impossible.

Ok, I thought the second row is a dropdown menu.
If you want a second menu module you have to edit the file > layouts/theme.php and add a new module.
Here is an instruction how to do this:
