The widgetkit is properly installed but I can't access the component for some reason.
I would like to have the Unite Slider as my background module so that I can stream a video, how could I do that, has to do with the header-outer div class?
The module is currently in the slidetop position.

The Unite Slider for full site background slider makes no sense, because it is not visible then.
And the background or the headerbar is not a module position too, therefore you can´t have a slider there.

Otherwise you can try to create a simple custom html module with space to see the background:

I will have to remove widgetkit with ftp and re-install it to see if I can access it...
I currently get this error message:
1146 Table 'ovillasfhi484.#__widgetkit_widget' doesn't exist
I had a look at your site but the only video BG templates I found needed a video on the server, I would like to stream a Youtube one...

to stream a video from another source like youtube in background is bad idea! Sorry.
A video from youtube into a module position with a limited width and heigt is ok, but never stream a full size background video from youtube!!

A full video background must have max > 2MB and a good compression otherwise your site is going slow
