Hi in my site is it possible in responsive mode to see the sidebar-a module on the top and all other modules below it?

No sorry thats not possible.
The content comes first and then the sidebars.

But you can publish your sidebar modules on module position >> main-top and publish these modules only in mobile views.
And disable the sidebar modules in mobile view too.
