After pressing "Home", in the box located in the middle of the page (sse attachet screen shot), the article "Expert - Professional Joomla Template" is alway shown. If I press "read more" in one of the other articles then that article will be show in this central box. Whenever I press "home" again, the default "Expert - Professional Joomla Template" article will be shown in this box.
1) How can I change the default article shown in this box in order to show a different article ?
2) What is the name of this box (is it a Module, an Extension, ...). I could not find it ...
3) Is it possible to hide this box ?

if you want to show the Joomla aarticle only without the module above you have to create a hidden menu:
And then you have to assign the modules to the menu item.
