I can't figure out how to get the submenus displayed with a "mouse over".
I only get them displayed after a first clic on the parent menu item.
Is there a way to ?

Goto the menu module and enable >> Always show submenu.

But the new Browser eg Chrome do not support the mouse hover anymore.
BTW please make sure that javascript is enabled in your Browser and it is not blocked by any "add blocker"

Thats the result of the mobile devices with touch screens.
