Using RokSprocket Module-Strips i had a nice title effect:
<h3 class="uk-panel-title">Wie zijn wij?</h3>
now i'm trying to have the same effect on other pages or on a another module strip but it just doesn't work, although the headings have the same class

can you help, plze?

what exactly do you mean? Which effect do you mean?
The uk-panel-title class is only for modules and not for roksprocket headlines.
If you want the same design, you have to create some css style for the roksprocket strip title.

On the homepage and on the module RokSprocket Module-Strips i have the H3 design as in the jpg file i sent in my previous message.

I made an other strip module but i just don't find the way to change the layout of the h3 (see attachment).

Ah ok I know what do you mean.
The headline of the modules can be changed at the template settings > Module > Class
Please use > headline-border uk-text-center see image attached
