1 - The menu has some voice with scrolling anchor and some voice that point to another page. When I came back from another page to the page with anchor, the scrolling doesn't work fine. Try for example in www.rinaldodonati.com to come back from RD page to VISION anchor, the scoll ins't right. Clicking another time the VISION menu the scoll is adjusted.

2 - Some times opening the www.rinaldodonait.com site , there is a wrong space from menu to headerbar like in attached photo.

Can you help me understand this?

1.) If you are leaving the site where the anchor are and then you go back it should be clear that you can not scroll
2.) You can scroll only to these anchors which are viewable on the current site

The issue about the border is not visible for me. Not in FF and not in Chrome!

1 - Ok let try me to explain in other words.
Let's see rinaldodonati.com...if I am in the first page and I click for example VISION in the main menu the page scroll to the TOP B section aligned with the Menu Bar perfectly.
If from RD page I click VISION, the page is recall and the TOP B section isn't aligned with main menu, but with the top page, so a little portion of the page is covered by the menu bar. Do you think is there a way to fix that?

2 - it' a random error, sometimes happen and sometimes not.
