I have been reading the forums here and other forums on how to fix this. I have tried everything they have posted, yet I can't seem to fix it. How can I get this fixed, I would realky like to use this theme and get this fixed for my website.

I have tried all those steps and I am still having challenges with it saying the current theme is not customizable.
