please make sure that you map is responsible and max width of 100% and have no fixed pixel size.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback and I've altered that within de Google Maps module… but that was not really my problem… I was referring to the background images. Those images look great on the desktop but they are not scaled on the iPad. So that looks weird. I've added a screendumb but you can check for yourself on www.blooscreatie.nl . I've had this problem before with a Joomlaplates-template and it was solved then… but I can't remember how…

which IOS and which Browser is installed on Ipad.
Maybe some javascript or css is blocked by IOS
