change styles in Warp

change styles in Warp was created by ekuijer

Hello,
I am using the B2B joomla template and want to customize the style in Warp. When I hit the customize button I get the message 'Retrieving styles data failed!'. I didn't customize anything before. Does anyone know how to solve this problem, so I can customize the style?
