sorry I cant see any problems in Chrome and no problems in FF

When you roll over the the main menu items in Chrome, The large parallax images don't pop out of place and back again once the menu roll over animation finishes? It happens on my work PC, and on my Mac systems at home. Could it be a system setting or something? A browser issue on my end? I attached a video for you.
