JP-Perfect: Getting Started

I am new to this forum, so forgive me if I am not familiar with proper etiquette. I purchased a 3-month membership to Joomla Plates so that I could use the JP-Perfect template on my Joomla web host. I'll admit my understanding of Joomla is about novice to average, but I think with a little guidance I could get up and running pretty fast. NOTE: I have read the "documentation" (located at demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_perfect/docs/ ), but that "documentaion" appears to be little-more than screenshots of the very same screens I see in Joomla after installing the JP-Perfect template. I also recently attempted to contact support@joomlaplates.com directly via email, but the response I received was unhelpful at best. Hopefully, I'll have better luck here.

I'll first start with some background and attempt to clarify my objectives. I want to make use of the jp-perfect template and the many features I see advertised on the demo-site (located at demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_perfect/ ). Almost all of the features I want to use on my own company website are clearly visible on that demo-site. It's exactly what I want. I just want to use those features as-is (in other words, no customizations). I already have my content pretty well vetted and written out and I also have my images, media, etc ready to roll. Finally, my hosting service is currently running a rather bareboned instance of Joomla v3.8.10. I would like to ask what I hope is a simple and direct question. So here goes...

This is the list of modules currently available in my barebones Joomla instance:

> Articles - Archived
> Articles - Categories
> Articles - Category
> Articles - Latest
> Articles - Most Read
> Articles - Newsflash
> Articles - Related
> Banners
> Breadcrumbs
> Custom
> Feed Display
> Footer
> Language Switcher
> Latest Users
> Login
> Menu
> Random Image
> Search
> Smart Search
> Statistics
> Syndication Feeds
> Tags - Popular
> Tags - Similar
> Who's Online
> Wrapper

After successfully installing the jp-perfect template, do I need to install additional modules (or extensions) to accomplish what is being advertised on the demo-site (located at demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_perfect/ )?

If so, is that list documented somewhere?

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Hi there,
please read the docs at
demo.joomlaplates.com/jp_perfect/docs/

We always recommend installing our demo content first to trial and understand the template more efficiently

Oh boy. Wow.

Ok. I'm assuming you didn't actually read my question, but that's pretty much par for the course with the "support" that I have received since I purchased this template. I have successfully installed the "Quick Start" into my hosting environment. I have also read the document you referred me to, but I feel like I made that pretty clear in my initial post. It took almost a day to get your reply so it's pretty evident that this is not going to be an efficient way to get support. Thanks for trying.

BTW If you have installed the quickstart package you dont need to install anything else.
Every module, template isalready installed then.

I have. It looks like there's a lot of coupling with the mod_roksprocket extension. Once I realized that and started playing with the RokSprocket module, it started to go more quickly. It's a good template - almost everyone I have shown it to can't stop drooling over it. It just isn't as easy as I was hoping to get over the learning curve. I think I am starting to figure it out.
