Having problems with image sizing on mosaic module.

Haven't experienced this before and have checked this against other sites where I've used it and can;t seem to get rid of the long thin thumbnails. If I resize then pop up image is too small. Usually find image thumbnails size automatically depending on number of columnns. How can I overcome this?

please do not resize the images within the modul parameter!

I've had to temporarily because when I don't and just leave them at the default they are enormous and the full length of the screen which was the reason for the post. Site has now gone live so will either need to disable or find an alternative. Live URL mhp-uk.com/our-services/product-assembly
