Two information 1-invoice number e 2-use icons

Hi, i buy and download the template for my site. I use it for my internet site. I must insert my invoice number somewhere? Where should I indicate for which website I am using?

and a second questions, i work in some home position and i write over the default content and i erase the default image, how can i insert a new image in the same place? And to restore the default one?
