modal.js causes error in chrome

modal.js causes error in chrome was created by molenwal1

The modal.js is loaded in this template, in chrome it occurs an error message.
In another message for another template I read that the modal.js is not needed anymore.

I have now commented the line in theme.config..php:
$this->addFile('js', 'warp:vendor/uikit/js/components/modal.js');

Is that ok?

It is ok if you dont need the modal box
