Adjust height of the front page text containers?

I don't know if I'm using the correct terminology but is there a way to adjust the height of the text containers on the front page? There's too much white space between each section and I would like to make them smaller. I hope I'm making sense.

You can adjust the padding in the customizer > Advanced > Grid
