I have installed the QuickStart package but all that it produces is a standard Joomla install without the Ultimate template, extensions or any demo data. Is this correct?

Just to make sure that I have done this correctly (as per www.joomlaplates.com/support/documentation/install-demo-content ), I extracted the "quickstart" package into an empy domain, created the database and then installed by browsing the domain. The last step I did choose default English Sample data. The install completed but it is simply a joomla install with no template or sample data.

We have tested the Ultimate package and it works,
please check you made evrythinbg right.
Otherwise we can install the quickstart package for you.

I have installed hundreds of templates and so should not need a service. From what I have seen, I have followed you documentation.. Before I am forced to use your install service could you please take a look at the following to see what I am missing out?

I have followed www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/435-002084 but as you will see the site is not setup as per the Demo site.

I have just notice something else. I purchased the Ultimate template but looking at my downloads it says "BiZ - Single Joomla Template" which also does not seem correct.

I feel foolish. It appears that I accidentally purchased the wrong template. This has now been corrected and the Ultimate install works just perfectly. Thanks for your patience.
