Slider dashboard does not have insert image

Slider dashboard does not have insert image was created by abasel

When I go to edit the slider there is no insert image icon in the editor (see attached screenshot). To edit it I need to remove the TinyMCE editor and then edit the HTML code. I have just installed a 3rd party extension and so this might be causing it but I just wanted to check.
