We have purchased one of your wordpress theme.Actually we have to install that in wordpress but it shows some installation error.
What i have to do?
Is there any wordpress version available?

We bought wordpress version of it.It got installed and activated but the theme is not showing in "visit site" in wordpress...
Do you have any idea about that?Is that any plugin issues?

If youre visiting your Frontend you have to see the template with our basic logo but no content. The reason why is that you have not installed the quickstart content with all the widgets. If you want to have the same look and feel like our demo server, you have to install the quickstart otherwise you have to assign all the widgets manually.

you mean we have to install quickstart in our wordpress or we just have to unzip from the given package of the theme to our server folder (localhost : xampp->htdocs) ???

The quickstart package is a complete Wordpress, therefore it must be installed like a Wordpress.
