[SOLVED] Sidebar A - don't appear in the new categories

Hello.
The "sidebar-a" position don't appear in the new categories
But the modules are displaced, as if it were the "sidebar-a"
I hope can you help me.

1.) Delete all layouts you dont need
2.) Make sure you have NOT disabled the system output in template settings
