How to make Login change to Logout when logged in.

I know how to do this with JavaScript, but I was wondering if there was some setting in the Joomlaplates Ultimate template where I se set it up so that the nav bar text changes from Login to Logout when the user logs in.

I figured this out. Create second copy of the Login module and name it Logout, and make it visible to registered users only. Make the Login module visible to Guests and then in Global Configuration under Users -> User Options, set Guest User Group to Guest.
