Toolbar fixieren

Hallo,
ich habe mehrere Unterseiten auf allen ist die Menüleiste fixiert und scrollt nicht mit.
Nun möchte ich auf nur 1 Unterseite noch die toolbar fixieren damit sie beim scrollen am oberen Bildschirmrand weiterhin sichtbar bleibt.

Wie mach ich das ?

Toolbar können sie nicht fixieren, da die Menubar bereits fixiert ist
