I purchased Joomla template B2B. I would like to modify it in full width (without gray on the side). Its possible?

Hello,
no osrry not possible. And its useless because you always need a max width.
Because some user existing Screens with a width of 3400 pixel and if you have 100% theme width it looks horrible
