Template Group kein customizer

Beim Template "Group" erscheint immer nur der Hinweistext "The current theme is not customizable."
Was mache ich falsch?

Das Thema wurde hier schon sehr oft behandelt. Bitte einmal die Forumsuche benutzen bzw. erst kürzlich wurde das Thema hier aufgegriffen.
