kopieren sie mal die beiliegende index.php in das Template

Joomla\templates\tp_simple\index.php

..
Template und Zip Files per Download ebenfalls verfügbar

Ja gut, wenn man den JS-Teil löscht ist der Fehler natürlich weg. Aber mit dem nächsten Update dann ja auch wieder da.
Oder wird die Animation von euch komplett gleöscht?

welche Animation??
Die Animation kommt vom Modul und nicht von der index.php des Templates
..
Beim Update ist die index.php natürlich vorhanden, bzw durch die neue ersetzt.
Sie können auch jetzt schon das Template hrunterladen und installieren, denn hier ist der Fehler behoben
