Where can I change the settings for the mobile menu?
I want to change the hight and width (100%?) and backgroundcolor.

I didn't had a mobile-menu in place so I made a mobile-menu and selected off-canvas. I hope that is the correct way to do? Could you have a look?
The custum css 100% didn't work
The color works like a charm.
The space all around each menulink (padding?) is large. Is there also a way to describe this in css?

The mobile menu is always present. You just have to enable it in the template options and specify a menu what to use. Then the code I gave you will also fit.

still does not fit I have choosen main menu aswell as mobile menu but still not 100%

Mobile Menu? Maybe you mean the sticky menu?

The width of the menu can be changed in header section > no container
The Height can be changed in the header > Padding top 20px and Padding bottom 20px
And the color can be changed in the header > Design > background.
Or in the color Section > Main Menu
