As it says all your templates are J3 & J4 quickstart I downloaded the Surfing template but appears to be only J3
Or have I done somehing wrong

All templates can also be used without Quickstart. For this purpose, the template in the zip file under template can be selected and installed individually. All quickstart packages have joomla4 on board.
